About the role As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. About the service: Woodland Grove Primary service is a large pack up and pack down service with an active program where sport and outdoor play are a big focus. Children love being outside, and we make the most of our undercover area, playground spaces (including a senior playground) and two grass areas for games and team sports. We also offer plenty of arts and crafts, with a program that adapts to children’s ideas. The service is split into Junior and Senior groups and supported by a consistent team of seven permanent staff, plus additional casual Educators.
